Shipments
Orders placed during our working days (Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm) are generally shipped the same day if UPS or USPS has not picked up yet (Pickup time is usually 1-2pm). Otherwise they generally ship the following day we are open. Orders over $200 are shipped signature required.
For Expedited Next Day and 2 Day shipments that you absolutely need shipped on a particular day, please email or call the shop to confirm delivery timing.
Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states of the USA.
Firearms or serialized regulated parts will only be shipped to a FFL. For quicker delivery of your order, please email your FFL information to matt@ccgunworks.com and reference your order number. Completed firearms must be shipped Next Day Air. Stripped frames may be shipped via Ground.
Returns
Returns are accepted on items in their original packaging and unused/uninstalled condition within 15 days from the date of the order with a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on firearms. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
