By placing this order I agree that all items I have ordered are legal for me possess at the delivery location. I also confirm that i will not export any restricted items without doing so in compliance with US Export Laws. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed from a state that does not allow for the possession of certain items.
All Firearm/ Frame Sales must be shipped to a FFL holder. A current copy of the FFL must be emailed to us before we will ship your order. matt@ccgunworks.com If a firearm or frame is included in your order, it may be shipped separately from any other parts.
I also understand that all returns must be new, unused and still in the package, within 15 days and that product warranty is handled by the manufacturer if it is not a CCGunworks part. I also agree that all returns will be exchanged with other product at full value and that there is a 20% restocking fee on cash/credit refunds. I understand there are no returns on Firearms and that the manufacturer will handle any warranty issue. I also agree to be bound by the Policies set forth as presented on the CCGunworks Web Page. I also understand that UPS charges an address correction fee for incorrect/incomplete addresses that I agree to pay if assessed due to my error. These fees are 11.00 -20.00 PER package above the original shipping charge.
