Recommended Torque

Widebody Grip Screws : 25 in/lbs

Trigger Guard Screws : 5 in/lbs

 

For each installation, ensure that each screw and bushing is clean, old locktite is removed from the threads, and is degreased with brake cleaner or etc. Apply Locktite 243 to each screw and install to the above torque specs. If desired, one side of the trigger guard screw assembly may be installed with red locktite. Wait for the red to dry completely before installation or you may seize the screws into the trigger guard bushing and be unable to remove them.
