Commander vs Fullsize Grips
Fullsize grips use 126mm (17rd) and longer magazines.
The magazine and basepad extend below the grip.
Commander grips are undercut to allow 120mm magazines to sit flush.
They both use full length mainspring housings and mainsprings.
